DESCRIPTION:

CHEMITO SIGMA FLOW 2930 is Modified PCE based high performance super plasticizer for enhanced performance.

STANDARDS:

CHEMITO SIGMA FLOW 2930 complies with ASTM C 494 Type B, D & G requirement.

CHEMITO SIGMA FLOW 2930 is formulated from chemicals, which present no fire or health hazards.

METHOD OF USE/APPLICATION:

DISPENSING: CHEMITO SIGMA FLOW 2930 should be added to the mixing water only. Should the product be added to fresh concrete, into the mixing truck, it is necessary to mix at high speed, and then at low speed.

Dosage: Optimum dosage can only be established after trials, taking into account the rheological characteristics and the required mechanical performances. Rate of addition is generally in the range of 0.4-2.0% by wt. of Cement and cementitious material.
For the maximum dispersion throughout the mix, CHEMITO SIGMA FLOW 2930 should be added to the mixing water only. The product Should be added to fresh concrete, into the mixing truck, it is necessary to mix at high speed and the n at low speed.

PACKAGING & STORAGE:

• CHEMITO SIGMA FLOW 2930 is available in the following pack:

• Shelf life is 12 months in sealed containers as
• provided under ambient temperature
• Keep containers sealed and away from heat and cold in a well-ventilated area
• Protect from direct sunlight and frost
• Stir material well before use

PRECAUTIONS:

Not to be stored at high temperatures for long periods. Should be protected from frost. It is Non-toxic and formulated from chemicals which present no fire of health hazards.
