DESCRIPTION:
CHEMITO SIGMA FLOW 2785 is the latest development of superplasticizer for concrete. It meets the requirements for high range water reducing superplasticizers.

ADVANTAGES:

  • For a given concrete mix keeping the cement consumption and workability constant, large reduction in the amount of mixing water can be achieved.

CHEMITO SIGMA FLOW 2785 is formulated from chemicals, which present no fire or health hazards.

METHOD OF USE:
Dosage: Optimum dosage can only be established after trials, taking into account the rheological characteristics and the required mechanical performances. Rate of addition is generally in the range of 0.4-2.0% by wt of Cement and cementitious material.
For the maximum dispersion throughout the mix, CHEMITO SIGMA FLOW 2785 should be added to the mixing water only. The product Should be added to fresh concrete, into the mixing truck, it is necessary to mix at high speed and the n at low speed.

PACKAGING & STORAGE:

• CHEMITO SIGMA FLOW 2785 is available in the following pack:
• 250 kg HDPE container
• Shelf life is 12 months in sealed containers as
• provided under ambient temperature
• Keep containers sealed and away from heat and cold in a well-ventilated area
• Protect from direct sunlight and frost
• Stir material well before use

RATE OF ADDITION:
With small dosage the increment of slump is more. The dosage depends on the cement content and the W/C ratio.

PRECAUTIONS:
Not to be stored at high temperatures for long periods. Should be protected from frost. It is Non-toxic and formulated from chemicals which present no fire of health hazards.
